This yoga thing is tricky isn't it, most of us are still trying to figure out what goes where. Come and learn with the BOYS in these short tutorials and classes to help you figure out what goes where. We're not all small and bendy, some of us are built different ways, it's take time to learn the practice in a way that works for you. If all else fails, just keep breathing - and it's a video, you can replay it 1,000 times till it makes sense.
