Boys of Yoga Founder, Michael James Wong tells us about his path to the practice, the culture he was brought up in and why he keeps coming back to the mat.

After 7 years of intense study, he blasted off to New York City and started his journey as a musician and, eventually, a yogi.

The BOYS are back! Check out THE BLOCK PARTY Australian Tour, a two city road show that brings yoga to the fellas. The first stop on the tour was be a Sydney invasion where the BOYS hosted a yoga party to help get all the BOYS & girls in good spirits on & off the mat.

First stop was a warehouse under the Sydney Harbour Bridge, where both the boys and girls in were in good spirits on and off the mat and for the second stop we partnered with the guys at Sensory Lab Coffee in Port Melbourne. Good vibes all round.
